so my fan would only seem to work at the high speed. I replaced the heater blower resistor and now it will only kick on after driving for 5-10 minutes. Any ideas what is going on?

Do you have the manual controls or the automatic temperature controls?? If you have the automatic temp controls and the fan control (the control on the left side) is set to AUTO, it will not come on until the system heats up. It is simply kind enough not to blow cold air on you. Could this be part of the issue? Sure sounds right.

It's manual. Seems to be working fine right now. I replaced the resistor today.
I'll update tomorrow morning. the symtoms according to what most have told me including those that are in the repair biz were certain that was the problem. We'll see. Thanks for the response.

I assume you have done the wiggle test in the wires around the motor right? Other than that...I got nothing. :)
