So I threw a p0016 code crankshaft position sensor. So I replaced sensor then replaced cam shaft position sensor. I then disconnected negative battery terminal to try to reset code. CEL will go off then after a minute or so come back on. I also cleared the fault codes with my scanner and the CEL comes back on and still throws P0016 code. I’ve read some other articles saying the P0016 is normally the OPDA the cam sensor plugs into. The Jeep goes Into limp mode around 2500 rpm and bucks wildly. I’m at my wits end any help would be great.

Did you use an oem type cps? Sometimes aftermarket sensors don't work very well. There could be a fault or fray in the wiring also.
