Hello everybody, We have a 2011 Jeep grand Cherokee Overland with the hemi and loaded with the options, went out this morning unlocked the doors with the key fob and you could see that all the locks popped up but the drivers door still wouldn’t open from the outside, went in through the passenger and opened that drivers door from the inside fine, shut it and tried again from the outside and it still won’t open from the outside? When I searched for the answers myself I see other peoples problems but they are all a little different than mine. Any ideas? Thank you in advance

Welcome @Overhemiland ...perhaps some WD40 on the outer latch on the door in cased they're gummed up. Popping off the inner door panel will expose the latch(s) mechanism that you can observe.

Ok thank you, I’ll give it a try, I was hoping for a fix that didn’t include taking off the door panel since is so cold out and I’m
Worried about damaging the plastics etc... I’ll try the wd40 before I pull off the panel. , thanks again.
