O2 sensor connector access

    05 Grand Cherokee 4.7 “the grey ghost”
    All stock
    I have an 05 grand cherokee with a 4.7. Currently trying to replace both of the downstream o2 sensors. I can pretty easily get a wrench on both of them, the problem is getting them unplugged. The rear most one looks pretty impossible to get to the connector. Does anyone know the best way to get to it, or is there a special tool to reach it? Thanks in advance for the tips

    Usually the O2 sensors are rusted/welded in solid. Soak them with penetrating fluids while searching for the end of the connector. Other than greasy or stubborn connector clips I don't usually have a problem. Look at the new O2 connector to get an idea which part needs to be pressed to release the catch. Not a 4.7 owner but the interested in the obstacles.
