5" lift, 4.11 gears, tru-trac limited-slips, winch, bumbers... you know the rest.
Well jeeps drive different after they are lifted it will never feel the same as stock. With that said it should still drive good and not feel unsafe. Did you look at the alignment specs? The shop that did the alignment should have gave you a spec sheet on your Jeep with what it was set to and also what it should be spec wise. I would be willing to bet you lost most of your caster when the lift was installed. Adjustable control arm can be installed to bring caster back into specs. The total toe setting should be at the lower side of the spec and that will help as well. Of course not being able to see your Jeep or the alignment specs I could be way wrong but it’s a good place to start.

Post your alignment sheet for better internet analysis. As mentioned if the 4" RC lift kit did not include adjustable control arms that is probably causing your handling issues. Might consider installing Rancho RS62103 geometry correction brackets. The RGCB can correct control arm alignment geometry and caster to move towards factory specs. The 35s or neg offset wheels are not a significant part of the problem.

Well let's see. Automotive engineers with years of schooling and experience use the most sophisticated tools and testing methods to design a safe and effective suspension system. Them someone out in the field modifies it with parts not designed or tested by those engineers. Now can you figure out why you might have a variety of handling problems depending on what parts you modified.

If you modify a suspension system it will never feel the way it did from the factory. Accept it and drive accordingly.

The first thing I suggest to guys that have issue with the way a vehicle rides is to cut down on the tire air pressure. A set of 35" tires does not need the amount of air pressure that the oem tire size requires. The chalk across the tire method comes to mind here.
