I’m a recovering Tacoma owner (coming over from TacomaWorld) and just recently purchased my first ever Jeep.

I went with a 2015 Wrangler Freedom Edition. I was lucky to find it garaged and well taken care of. Bone stock mechanically.

Of course I want to lift it and add larger wheels & tires. Of course I’ve been researching offset and back spacing and suspension lifts and geometry.

I’ve found some stuff I like:

    Teraflex 3” lift
    Method 704 Wheels: 17x8.5 4.75BS
    Nitto Ridge Grapplers 33x12.5

This will be a daily driver and I will also be driving on the beach a lot in soft sand for long distances.

    A few questions:

Is anyone running a similar set up?
Do I just go with 35’s?
Do I need to re-gear? (Keep in mind that the maximum speed limit where I live is 45mph).
Will I have any rubbing with the aforementioned sizing?

Thank you in advance for your input. Also, where on the forum can I go for a good cry when I start getting my bank statements post Jeep ownership?

Welcome @nouel87 .new jeep owner. Both vehicles are great and so different like night+day.

Do I just go with 35’s?
33s are fine but too close to OEM so go 35s
Do I need to re-gear? (Keep in mind that the maximum speed limit where I live is 45mph).
with 33s or 35s you will feel the difference but @45mph which I doubt I could do that just keep the jeep fund active for future upgrade
Will I have any rubbing with the aforementioned sizing?
    not with the planned lift
where on the forum can I go for a good cry when I start getting my bank statements post Jeep ownership?
take a peek of the trail rides thread every time you tap the jeep fund
