I have a 304 in my 77 CJ5 . I've heard you can't get significant gains with it . Now I've been reading some of info on here . I'm a good mechanic but basically have always just repaired stock engines . I don't see why 304 can't be improved. I've been thinking of a few bolt ons . Like a intake , 4 barrel 600 cfm or lil more . Was looking at Edlbrock performer intake. At the moment it has long tube headers with side pipes . See thing is I would like a cam also . I'm just gonna be honest idk much about that . Do you have any suggestions? Would greatly appreciate any info . Thanks
