I am in search of a Black 4x4 Grand Cherokee Limited 2020 with the Luxury group II package, Protech II package and Premium Lighting package.
I have gone to a few dealers and they want to sell me that vehicle for $60.000 out the door.

I went to another dealership and he did not have the Limited 4x4 GC 2020 with all the packages I wanted. BUT!
He did have a Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude Overland 2020 4x4 with all the packages added that I wanted.
Financing he wants $58,000 for it supposedly including all taxes, title and all for 72 months at $475 a month.
But Leasing he wants to give me for $50,645 including taxes and title fees for 4 years with 5,000 down payment with a monthly expense of $520.

I plan to keep long term. I am not a switcher every couple years.

Will leasing have extra fees at the end of the deal after the 4 years?
Why does leasing seem less expensive than financing it?

Please I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

I’ve never been a fan of leasing I keep my vehicles too long normally leasing is cheaper because you can trade it in every three years and it is never yours

you will be paying 520.00$ to drive a new vehicle.

If you was picking out this vehicle with the packages and the equipment you wanted I would think you would want to keep this vehicle for a while.

but I don’t want to trade it back. I want to buyout after 36 months.

the only way to get it as cheap as possible in my opinion is leasing and then buy out

but is that car worth the final price?

You’ll end up paying it at the end. May be cheaper now but you’ll pay. My opinion

Leasing is not for everyone and leasing is not always the better deal especially if you're not a switcher. Go online to the jeep website to build your dream jeep and look at the different models and packages. Research the invoice, retail prices and best bottom line prices for your area. Visit at least 3 different dealerships and always be ready to walk far away from a bad deal. Don't get caught up with the traditional sales pitch of how much you want to spend and what's your monthly payment pitches. Once you learn more about your JGC and the options/packages start watching some how to make the best deal videos for some tips. Just remember the JGC is a beauty, it ain't cheap, and does not have a stellar reliability record so if you're not handy keep that extended warranty in mind.
