First the obvious questions. Is the fluid level good? How old is the pump? Does this happen when you first start or when the system is hotter for use?

Things you cold do is drain and replace the fluid, it does breakdown over time. Install a power steering fluid cooler (like an aux tranny cooler).

Thanks it seems to happen only at very low RPMs if I give it gas then it kicks back in again but thank you I did all of those things I put a cooler in the system and I did change the fluid a couple of times it could be just an old pump
