Whats up guys and gals?!?! I am having a hell of a time trying to figure out where this connector goes. I have a 2016 JK 2door. Just had it in the shop for the heater core. Got it back and was driving home when I hit something with my foot. It was this connector. Everything works as far as I know, except for the uconnect microphone. Now I plan on removing the whole uconnect system when I replace the stereo, so that's no big deal. It is located by the OBD2 connector and runs along the bottom of the dash by the knee bolster drivers side. If anyone out there knows or has seen this connector before, please help...any advice or help is much appreciated thank you all in advance.

I can't see the pics as imgur is blocked from my work computer that I am using currently but as long as everything is working it's not uncommon for Jeep to use the same wiring harness regardless of what options the vehicle has so it may be for something your Jeep wasn't equipped with. The plug was likely tucked away and was not put back where it was when the dash was reassembled.
I have a very low optioned XJ Cherokee and have extra plugs all over the place, but it sure makes it easy to add those options later.
