Diagnose no crank no start. 2013 JK

    Not starting or cranking. Just replaced battery a week ago cuz the cell was blown. Went out of town three days. Came back and it started fine first try. Stalled her reversing up a hill to get out of the parking spot. Then she wouldn't start. Checked battery and read was 12.3 volts so tried jump starting. Not cranking. No joy. I rolled it down the hill and started it by slipping into second. So it’s not the engine. Thank god. Only thing make me think it’s something else is the recent battery issues and the new battery reading slightly low. It’s reading 12.46 after the jump but still whirring and not cranking.
