    Hello,

I purchased my first Jeep, a 46 CJ2A while in high school in 1974. It had the flat-head 134 cu in 4 cyl w/6 V electrical system for 12 years. Then I installed a 225 V6 and converted to 12 V. I also installed Saginaw manual steering. The 2A body rusted out and I installed a 3A body.

In 91 I sold it and started building my current Jeep:

    67 CJ5 frame w/reversed front shackles
    Buick 77-1/2 231 odd-fire V6
    Offenhauser 4 bbl intake manifold
    Holley 300 CFM carb
64 Buick Special drivers side manifold
    225 V6 passenger side manifold
    3-row radiator w/electric fan
Saginaw full syncro 4-speed w/2.5:1 first gear
    Advance Adapter transfercase adapter
    Spicer 18 transfercase w/Tera-low 3.1:1 low range
    Overdrive
    Koenig PTO
    Ramsey PTO winch
    4.56:1 Differentials
Dana 44 Offset flanged rear axle w/Detroit Locker
Dana 30 disk brake front axle w/Detroit True-Trak
    73 CJ5 body
Front & rear gas tanks (24 gal total)
    Full fiberglass tilt nose
    Full cage
    74 Cherokee tilt column
    74 Saginaw power steering
    One piece tie rod
    Rancho Freedom Rider 2-1/2" lift
    Ranch 9000 shocks
    11.50x32 BFG Mud Terrains
    15x8 black dish wheels

    I also own a 52 Jeep trailer.

I have been in three different clubs in the Pacific NW 4WD Assoc. However, I am currently not a member. The 67 CJ5 has been to the Rubicon twice.
