We have a new Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with approximately 500 miles.. We are eventually going to tow it behind our motorcoach, so I went to learn the process for moving it to NEUTRAL for towing.. worked fine. Then went thru the process of moving it back to NORMAL driving and that all went fine also. But then the electric power steering had stopped working/went away. Nothing I went thru should have affected the PS.. but I suspect it did someway. Can find nothing in the manual about it.. Any ideas out there for me to check or try??

Back to the dealer would be my first choice to obtain and maintain warranty service. If curious inspect the PS fuse(s) and wires +/- for integrity. Hooking up the tow connections for example could have triggered something.
