    Thanks Terry, i am using a Hobart MiG welder. I'm not a welder but i think they will hold:fingerscrossed:

    I sent the frame ,axles, tranny/transfer case and brackets ,hubs crossmembers off to the sandblasters. While those things are out we will start on the motor.

    Wow, nice work, @Brew ! Frame repairs like that are really an artistic statement and a labour of love, great welding too. Some guys prefer tig on frames, because of the penetration, but it’s a harder skill to learn. Your frame looks perfect. One challenge that can sometimes occur, is if the heat pulls the repair section out of alignment. In some situations even a few mm can be critical. It doesn’t look like that should be a problem in this location however.
