On my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee there is a woven ground wire that comes from the passenger side of the fire wall. It splits into two wires and looks like it goes to the left and right side of the motor. Both wires have eyelets. My question is were do they go? Valve cover, mounting tab for ing. wire?

What motor? If it's the 4.0 driver side goes to the stud on the rear head bolt and passenger should go down to a grounding point on the block just under the head. Valve cover bolts should be your last choice since they aren't the best ground.
