    I sold my 2003 Expedition which I used mostly to pull my 24' Yamaha boat. The Grand Cherokee with the big engine 5.7 Hemi and heavy duty towing package should do the job. We will see. Looking forward to using this forum now and will delete my old Expedition forum. It served me well for many years. Now I will move on to a new experience.

    If the JGC doesn’t have the tow package it would be advisable to install an auxiliary ATF cooler

    The vehicle is rated to tow 7200 lbs. My boat weights 5,300 lbs with trailer. Done on a truck scale. Should be golden!!!
