5.7 V8 with Whipple Supercharger, TH350 w/B&M Shifter, NP205 TC, Dana 60 front 4.56, GM 14 bolt 10.5 rear 4.56, 4 wheel discs, Bilstein shocks, 6" lift on 37's, Autometer gauges, all led lighting and a few other things.
Check/clean all of your ground cables to battery, firewall and fenders. Try disconnecting the battery for at least 4 minutes. Reconnect negative and turn key to on position for 12 seconds. Turn key to off and then start Jeep. If problem is not corrected you're best bet is to have someone with a diagnostic scanner check modules including SCM. Could be a faulty SCM (steering control module). Unless I'm mistaken, you're left multifunction lever controls lights and you're right lever controls wipers. The SCM interfaces signals from both levers and horn to the CAN data bus.
Best of luck with it and keep everyone posted when you find the problem.
