Are most control arms manufactured in the same location?

I'm somewhat of a new Jeepster. I believe my control arm bushings are shot - lots of squeaking when I pull out of the driveway or when the jeep rocks left to right. As I look at all of the different options, many of the available control arms look the same, but I am looking for a set with zerk fittings so I can maintain them. My question is - are most control arms manufactured in the same location and shipped out as specific brands? The costs range from $399 to $900. Seems like a large range if they are made in the same facility under the same specs and tolerances.
