Wondering if any one else with a new 2020 Gladiator Rubicon Launch Edition also has a GPS unit / software program that is really poor. On day one in September when I took possession I noticed that the software was several years outdated as to roads. Then I noticed the speed limits it declares are wrong about half the time. The ability to change the view from near range (300 feet) to a more reasonable distance doesn't work for more that a few seconds - then returns to the 500 ft or 300 ft screen... That really sucks and isn't of much value when traveling away from cities. The software info implies the software is from 2009 most recent update... I believe it.
I was told by Dealers parts & service dept 2 weeks after I got this Gladiator that a new software program was out and I would get it as soon as they could get it for me... would let me know when it was available... 3 months later, I was then told there is no such software update, I would have to deal with Garmin to get it updated.... but it would be a separate claim not covered by any warranty.
I now have about 9,000Mi on it plus towing it over 2000mi. It's a pretty decent combo Jeep/pickup with very low gearing ... but the GPS system is really a negative.

I have a 2020 Gobi Sport. I have been seeing the same issues on mine. I still have to use my phone gps. I drive 30,000+ miles a year. THIS IS A HUGE PAIN. Dealership keeps telling me it's up to date...
The uconnect system is a joke. Bluetooth is always dropping off my phone and won't connect back up. Along with that, I can't even use the Bluetooth to have a conversation due to the wind noise. So I still have to use my earbuds. Jeep needs to recall their stupid system and get one that actually works.
