Seat belts lock for no reason

    Hi I’m hoping someone has an idea about this safety issue. My GC seatbelts specifically the drivers side and back seat seat belts lock down and you can’t pull them out. This happens when the car is not even on. I get it when you use the brakes. They lock tighter and tighter and The safety issue here is insane. I have to carry a knife near each seat. Talk about claustrophobic! Any ideas? In our experience so far Jeep CS is worthless.
