Have a 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet it had an issue with a Catalytic converter, replaced it and engine light went off on the cluster, so now I had to take it in for emission test and after cycling20230213_132258.jpg
for OBD2 readiness everything clears but the EVAP and O2S, I have run it in town and on highway according to Chrysler recommendation, have 533 miles on ODO sense reset. Does anyone have a clue as to how I can get it to pass emissions test? There is still now Engine Check light on cluster? Please advise

According to the readout. You have a bad o2 sensor. Which is pretty common after replacing the Converter. The gasket is usually only good for one use on most sensors. Also,.. your evap issue could be your gas cap gasket. Could also be a small leak in the system. I had a similar issue with my JK. Turned out to be slight rust issue on the gas tank filler tube. The gas cap gasket wasn't sealing properly. Just a couple ideas off the top of my head.

It would help if you had a scanner that can give you actual codes. It helps to pin point issues. If you have an Advanced Auto near you. They scan for free I believe.

JKBob25 Thanks for the followup however, that is the problem, I installed the converter and replaced the O2 sensors "New" also replaced cap aswell., I have no check engine light, ran the vehicle according to Jeeps requirements to reset system, put on 536 miles with no engine light on the cluster? Took it to a local shop and they also have no clue as to why it is coding like this photo showen? Vehicle running great, so I thought this forum might help? We are all stumped!

@LJR . Is it possible your scanner is defective? If your CEL is not lit up on the dash. And your not getting any codes when hooked up to another scanner. I'd blame your scanner. Worst case scenario. If you take it to get it inspected, when they hook up. Your CEL WILL lite up and they will get the codes. My guess. Your scanner is the issue. Especially if the vehicle is running fine.

Te scanner shown is from the Shop I took it to for emissions, I have a "fixed" and it shows all good, and I took it to Autozone and there OBD showed all checks , no problems! It is at the test site that shows issues! This is crazy!

Not trying to judge the shop but the Cen-Tech brand is an inexpensive HF product. I'd try a different emissions shop especially since the codes are not present at Autozone/Advance. Or use a higher quality scan tool. Just trying to eliminate some variables.

I was thinking the same. I didn't want to offend any one. But yeah... i agree with @aggrex. Not a scanner I would trust. And a shop that would use cheap equipment. Not so much either. I'd find another shop.

Doesn't make sense that only their scanner is the issue. Especially after the repairs you made. Just my 5 cents.
