2007 Wrangler JK issues.

    2007 4 Door Jeep Wrangler Jk

    I have a 2007 four-door Jeep that won’t start. When you turn the key, nothing. The PCM board has been replaced new battery still nothing. When you short across the starter, the spindle turns, but the cog does not kick in. The only way to make the starter spin is to Short across it. When you turn the key Nothing happens as far as the starter. All the other electronics seem to work fine. The motor is not seized. Could it possibly be ignition switch, or neutral bypass switch… Any thoughts. Thanks Jeff
