4H problem

    4 inch lift 50" Lightbar 2 lightbar pods 8500 lbs winch on aftermarket bumper 33" all terrain wheels
    When I shift from 2 wheel drive to 4 High the engine revs and almost sounds like it's grinding a little but will not catch in any gear it will just rev like I'm gassing it in neutral.
