Ok. Here's some pics. As some one said. This thread would be useless without pics. I'll try and organize them by Vendors and their rigs. And other jeepers rigs, also a mess of other shots.

I only walked one side of the beach where registered Jeeps parked. The vendors were in the middle. I never walked the other side. It took me over an hour just to walk the one side. By that time, I was getting a little sunburnt. And I'm a beach person. Should have brought my sun screen. LolL

The Rausch Creek pics were fun. I'll tell ya. Gotta hand it to the girls that ran the obstacle coarse. They just hammered it and ran thru it. Most that got stuck were the guys. And they got booed. Lol. The line for that was incredible. People say there for more than an hour to run it.

I wish I had a drone. ( or Chris4x4 there lol) The shots of where they parked on the beach. Doesn't do them justice. There was at least 500 on either side of the Vendors. So cool to see that many rigs. People just hanging out, BBQin, and just talking Jeeps.

The shots of what we're my favorites, from just the one side, we're really cool. Talked to several guys about them. Everything from complete rebuilds to totally custom. Every one was so passionate about their rigs, as we are, and loved talking about them. It was awesome talking to these guys. All were really cool people. But we all. :)

As I said. The only disappointing side of this. I really wished there were more vendors selling products. The few that were, well most weren't cheap. You could find an occasional discounted priced item. But not many.

Overall experience. It was cool. I enjoyed it and will do it again next year.

I was disappointed too that they didn't have more items for sale. Did anyone stop by quadratec? I thought they were offering discount codes for ordered items, but my friend can't remember if they provided us a code.

I did. I'm a member of their forum too. I posted the event before the Admin knew about it. We talked several times. Told me to stop by and say Hi. When I stopped by, the 2 guys that were there told me he doesn't do the shows. But he was up in Butler PA for Bantam. But they didn't say anything to me about codes. But I do have a pm to him now.

BTW Deeave. Welcome to the site. To bad you didn't join sooner. Maybe we could've gotten together to say Hi. So what did you think of the event?

It was a cool event. My first time. The raffles took quite a long time to get through and the people in front of me killed the fun by winning half of them, but it was fun. Definitely need to have merchandise to purchase next year. At least the weather held up. Thanks JKBob 25! Next event. :)

I agree. I've been to much smaller events in parking lots and such. But this was my first big event. I had a good time. And the weather was great. Did you register? Run the obstacle coarse? I did neither. And had no issue not doing either. If you parked on the beach. If you were lucky, you got off before Monday morning. And the line to run the coarse was like an hour long wait. And thats not counting in the GUYS that got stuck they had to pull out.

Did my photos do the event justice?

Funny you mention the raffles. I didn't realize they gave you a ticket for every item you brought in. I brought 10 cans of HEALTY veggies. While on line, I see people bring in like 100 packs of Ramon Noodles. Well it turned out they gave you 2 raffle tickets per. While I only got one per. Anyway. It is what it is. So I saw people getting like 100 or more tickets. Yes granted they had to fill out every ticket. They stacked the boxes in their favor. And for those of you that don't know. They had what was it Deeave, like 50 raffle boxes for various different items from a Quadratec winch to a free pass to Rausch Creek. So.....it was very easy to stack the deck in your favor by buying a crap load of Ramon Noodles.

Oh....and yes. Quadratec was giving out discount codes. But who knew to ask. I didn't. And they didn't offer any when I was at their tent.

Next event. I'm considering going to Jeeps at the Farm in Yardley PA. It's August 19th. Maybe some of you PA guys will make this one since it's in your back yard. I won't name names. You know who you are. Lol. :jerkoff:

I love both the Alpine and Hyline Jeeps and the RK LJ was pretty sweet too. I see where your priorities lie. All Jeeps and no girl in bikini pics. Great job on the Photos! That must have taken you forever to upload.

Thanks guys. And yes. I kept it "G" rated for a reason. I was there to see a Jeep show. Not to post some what naked "people"And honestly, at one point. There was a group of 5 girls that were wearing....well. If one of them was my daughter. She'd be grounded till she was 30. But that's not what this thread was about. And no, I have not forgotten about the Jersey Rock Girls. And I am working on that. Lol.

Yes OFFGRID. We have the same taste in Jeeps. I was never really a fan of JKUs. I had the opportunity to buy a JKU at just about the same price I paid for my JK. But I didn't want a 4 door. And I saw some really sweet, not over the top really nice Jeeps. And I loved Alpines. That was a nice JKU. Also really liked Crawlertec's JKs. They were pretty much stock too. I liked the Hylines Jeep too. That orange and black really popped. That blue Renegade. I wanted to go back and talk to the owners. That was a sweet ride. But I ended up talking to another guy and completely forgot about it. Remembered it when I got home and looked at my pics. Oh well.

I thought I had a nice Jeep. Not even close. I walked off that beach thinking....i want 37s I want 40s now. I want a 4 inch lift. I want I want, I want.........I never should have went. Lol. It's all good. Can't wait for next year's show.

BTW. This is how New Jerseyians throw a Jeep party. BOO YAA. :yay:

Yeah I know the "I want" bug well. I just went up to 40s on my JKU from 37s, because my dad has them and does well, Now even with 5:38 gears I feel doggy so the I want bug has got me again. I need a v8 to turn the new meat. That project will have to wait.
