Any one have issues with driveline vibration? Starting at about 55-60 mph, get high frequency vibration from under the jeep. Had a new front driveline made and balanced. That helped but didn't go away completely. I bought this tj used a couple of months ago and the front driveshaft was slightly bent, so that is why the new one. Didn't seem to vibrate when driving with the front shaft off.

Maybe the pinion bearing? That's all I can think of if it isn't vibrating with the drive shaft installed.

Going to be a process of elimination: check pinion angles, drive shaft seals, u-joints, bushings, control arms, tire balance, prior damage related to bent drive shaft, anything lift-related parts thats badly matched or damaged. That's all I got for now.

Pinion angles stock. Not lifted. u-joints new. Pinion bearings seem tight, no play. Will check tire balance next. Bushings, control arms seem ok. Tracks straight, steering is tight, no vibration in steering wheel, seems to come up through the floor and seat. Will keep at it and post any results.

Vibes felt in the floor, or seat, generally indicate an issue in the rear.

Thanks chris4X4. The rear U-joint does have a tiny bit of play. I will take the rear shaft off and test drive it with just the front and see what happens.

Howell fuel injection, header, HEI distributor, TH350, NP208, SOA lift with YJ springs in the front & GW springs in the Rear. AMC20 with G2 1 piece chromos trussed, Dana 30 with G2 chromos and 760x ujoints and MM Stainless Hubs, Geared 4.56. Tom Woods shafts, Metal cloaks, Caged, 37" Toyo MTs.
This is what I was going to suggest. Replace all of the U-joints on the rear drive shaft.
