    LED flood lights
I recently mounted a set of LED flood lights on the front of my bumper. I wired them to my bright lights so whenever I turn my brights on they come on. Is that a bad thing, good thing, or doesn't really matter? I'm going to also mount 2 LED spot lights on my lower windshield. Should I do the same thing or no?

The led bars and light are not road legal. Now you cannot turn on your brights on the road. Wire and switch them independently.

Welcome! Wired separately from the brights gves you more control and options for the floods or spots besides being road friendly.

Welcome! Another thing you might want to consider, is if you wire directly into an existing circuit, such as the high beam, you run the risk of overloading that circuit, wich can result in blown fuses, or melted wires. Run a relay, and separate power to the lights.

    Welcome to the forum.
What they said ^^^^^. I have a light bar and pods. Both separate wiring with relays with seperate switches. It's the best way to run Auxiliary lights so not to over load a circuit and blow fuses. And just an FYI. They make s pods for multiple light upgrades. Even a wireless s pod. Pretty cool.

Just so I'm not misunderstood. S Pod. Is the manufacturer. And they make numerous multi port, wireless, and wired, switches for numerous auxiliary systems. Lights are their expertise. They make a fantastic system for multiple lighting systems. I am so lousy at posting links. But I'll try.

    Didn't work. Lol.

Hope we helped here Alex. And not detered you.
