    SUGGESTIONS -
    1) HAVE THE JEEP SCANNED, many auto part stores will scan for FREE - yes you scan even if light is OFF.
    2) Next checking oil in intake tubing. Check CCV and hoses for vacuum.
    3) Remove oil fill cap - with engine running do you feel blow by coming out fill hole? Describe - wet dry weak
    4) knowing these answers we can proceed.

do you have the jeep air cleaner assembly still?
comfort level - skilled, DIYer, where does the gas nozzle go?

SWAG - that oil issue has gummed up the IAC, POS fresh air assy is problematic adding to issue - codes will help.

Welcome @weakest ....the online diagnosis has zeroed in on the target. Remove the CAI as suggested.

CCV valve has vacuum pressure and the last time i looked up the code i had a small evap leak and damp and weak out of the fill hole but very minimal dampness PO123 generic throttle/pedal position sensor a circuit high input
