I have a 2007 3.7L V6 Grand Cherokee Laredo and the turn signals have stopped working. I have already replaced the turn signal column, the hazards still work as normal. I have scoured the interwebs looking for a solution with no relevant results. Every solution I can find does not apply to my model, do I need to take it to a mechanic or is this something I can fix on my own.

the system runs thru TIPM and front module - checking bulbs is most you can do without a scanner to ck 'B' series codes and a wiring diagram.

Hopefully you have not modified the bulbs - wrong type ie LED's.
