2021 Grand Cherokee Sun & Sound Package

    2021 Jeep Laredo X
    Just purchased a 2021 Grand Cherokee Laredo X w/ the sun & sound package. In the audio settings I can adjust the equalizer and speed volume adjust; however the Surround Sound is grayed out and unable to be adjusted. How can I solve this? if this option is not part of the S&S package how can I get it?
