    Welcome to the forum.
Sorry, I can't help with your clutch issue. But we do have several members very knowledgeable in that area. Hang tight. Some one will jump on soon I'm sure.

    Hello Ethan, welcome to Jeeps.net

The only other item that you didn't mention is the slave cylinder. I would take a look at it and make sure it is operating as it should, but be careful not to overextend it and blow the seals.
Is the Jeep new to you or have you owned the Jeep and this is a new problem?

I have never seen aCJ with hydraulic clutch unless it was aftermarket and those take some adjustments to get them working correctly. You have a new clutch master cylinder and line and to prevent having to bleed system twice I usually replace the slave cylinder too. If you don't bleed everything correctly it will not work.the end result is difficult getting into gear. Make sure your lines are bleed and if so and your hydraulics are aftermarket you may have to make adjustments to the location of either or both of the matter and slave cylinders in order to get full throw to engage and disengage the clutch.
