    For the best value check out the Pittsburgh Pro line at Harbor Freight. Having metric + SAE chrome+impact sockets will give you some versatility for corroded bolts as you build your tool collection. Plenty of 20% off + free stuff coupons online.

    Nice ...yea that's where I usually get my tools from, I'm constantly getting the 20% off coupons in the mail. I have some socket pieces from my first tool set, but I really want a cordless impact wrench...I've been hand wrenching for years and it's taking a toll on my wrists.

    HF has stepped up their tool quality (Pitts Pro ratchets) but I'm still leery of most HF electric or cordless tools. The HF 1/2" breaker bars are great choices for breaking loose rusty stubborn bolts. Check out the Ryobi 18V impact wrench.

    HF has some awesome deals. But buyer be aware. I picked up a Pittsburgh 1/2drive torque wrench. And it sat in the back of my JK for a approx 5 hours drive. And It had fallen apart. Seriously. Iwas able to fix it. But I don't trust it now to read correct torque.
    And im with @aggrex. All my cordless are Ryobi 18v. No issues. Not top of the line. But work very well. And if you can wait. They usually have a deal at Home Depot where you can get 2 battery packs on sale. And get a free tool also.
