Billy it's hard to tell from the video, but a bang in 1st when you let the clutch out sounds like the exhaust is hitting the cross member when the engine torques....or something.
At the end of the video I could hear a tick tick tick sound that sounded like a leaky exhaust.
Again it's hard to tell from the video and I know it's hard to get a video of things like that.

I bought a 95 GMC Jimmy and it had a lack of power. It wouldn't get over 55 and I most definitely couldn't get up hills and I had no reverse. I drove it like that for maybe 2 or 3 weeks before I checked the engine. What I found to be my problem was my wires were crossed and the person I bought it from a couple of weeks earlier, I guess didn't notice it and assumed it was a transmission problem. Once I rewired everything back the way it should be, it ran like a champ... Still had no reverse though LOL. Your problem could definitely be an ignition problem (wires, spark plugs, distributor, distributor cap, etc.)... But I have also read later in this thread that it could be a possibility of a cat problem? Is there anyway you can shoot another video from under the vehicle and inspecting the exhaust and cat as the engine is running? You should buy an engine compression gauge, a fuel pressure gauge, and a vacuum leak down tester gauge. Harbor Freight has all three for under $30 each... And you can use those nice 20% off coupons ;)

I don't know what you do dressed like that - I guessed.

    Not going over 2k -
    start by checking for codes.
All we did was drop the exhaust and clear the cat? My memory is BAD and long posts get away from me.
    Did you move distributor?
Next would be to check fuel pressure with a gauge.
Can you rev past 2k in park or neutral?

Gutted the cat. Replaced wires plugs and cap. No codes that's the first thing I always check even with out the check engine light on. Did either the fuel rail or injectors to dont remember witch I did. And it's raining pretty bad so cant really check that right now. Jeep goes to 2500 in neutral then stops i got a video of that

    this is a 1997?
With no codes to go on then look at fuel pressure, and double check the connector and wiring to the CMP in the dist.

Possibly, the exhaust manifolds are known to crack as well. It's typically when they crack, not if they crack. A loose collector (where manifold meets exhaust pipe) can also cause the sound.

That looks like the muffler inlet has a crack. Usually creates just more exhaust noise.
