98 jeep TJ cranks but won't start.

    31's came with it when we bought it.
    Hello, So my daughter's TJ died on her on the way home from class. We towed it home, at the time it would not crank or start. Starter solenoid good, found out the ignition actuator broke. I replaced it but now it only cranks. None of the gauges move now. All of the fuse look good, and all get power except for fuse 21. Any ideas or clues. We just moved and I need to find a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you all.
