ABS and ATC lights on and off

2016 Rubicon with 44k miles. When I start vehicle or make a slow turn the two lights come on but as I pick up speed both go out and cruise control comes back on. Steering wheel appears to be correct when wheels are straight

 

Welcome @MrCummins ...bit unusual but could be a wheel speed sensor. Get a free scan at auto parts stores like Advance / Autozone to see if anything pops up.

 

Yeah, when those lights come on a code should be sent to the computer that you can retrieve. Although, I have seen where the lights come on for a very brief period and will not send out a code.
