Better tire for going in the sand?

    1979 dj5 postal jeep
    hi i have a 1979 dj5 2wd with stock suspension and tires took it in the sand and it got stuck i need more of a bloon type tire to stay on top of the sand does anyone know what size of a tire that would work with out lifting it?

    Welcome @djbill ...with 2WD its best to stay out of the sand or at least air down otherwise it will be a long day at the beach.

    To have the most fun in the sand it takes power, a light weight rig, beer, and paddle tires.
