I have an 09 Patriot and I am going to change the fluid in my cvt transmission and I can't find the pan bolt torque specs anywhere! Any suggestions as to where I can find them?

Welcome! My recommendations are to make sure the pan flanges are flat, clean off the old gasket and use Mopar CVT fluid. Not sure of the exact pan bolt torque specs for the CVT trans but following a torque sequence of increasing pressure might be recommended to prevent crushing the gasket.

Thank you. Everyone says you have to take it to a dealer, but that can be very expensive. Think I'm going to do it myself, and if I mess it up then I can justify spending the money at the dealership lol

Per AllData the oil pan bolts are 70in. lbs... INCH pounds. ;)

And should take about 1.2 hours, add .2 if you have a skid plate.

That's only about 6 lbs/ft. Is that right?

That 70 in.lbs translates to 6 lb-ft. DIY whenever possible but on some CVT trans the service could be challenging with issues such as using the correct CVT fluid, over or under-filling the CVT and potential leaks.
