Faulty sunroof drains

    2017 Jeep Cherokee
    I own a Jeep Cherokee 2017 model with a sunroof, recently I had water collect in my spare wheel well, after a rainy spell, which caused my electronic parking brake to fail. When I took it to the dealer for repairs they said the water was getting into the car because the sunroof drains we clogged. The water seeped into the EPB console and damaged it.

    My insurance is refusing to cover it as they say the EPB was damaged due to external factors. I would like to know if anybody has experienced the same thing with a Jeep Cherokee.
