Trying to find front brake pads for my 78 CJ7 V8 engine
First problem is all I see listed is 2 bolt and 6 bolt caliper but I have a 1 bolt caliper
Then there's a difference between the rear drums 10 or 11 inch decides to front brake pads

Anybody have any idea why my caliper only has one bolt Center

Can you post a picture of the caliper?

Apparently, the caliper is not oem. I would suggest to look for any i.d. on the caliper or pads that you have or even finding out where the front axle is from.

The 2 bolt and 6 bolt notation refers to caliper bracket, not the caliper itself.
I am having a hard time finding a picture of the caliper bracket to tell the difference.
