Front Windshield wipers and spray not working -2001 Jeep Cherokee

    Front windshield wipers (and cleaner fluid spray) will not activate. I checked the fuses near passenger side feet - and there is no "30" as in the diagram. Checked whatever was near and nothing was burned out. Checked under hood, engine compartment, and see no fuse/circuit breaker identified as such. Uncertain how to proceed - might it still be something relatively simply in one of these fuse boxes - if so, which to check as none are identified as wipers (and charts saying it's 30 do not match mine - there is no 30 in that spot). Please advise. Thank you!
    This is a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport.
