Looked at some different Tow Bars and settled on Smittybilt for about $150. Warrior looked to be the same bu was $250 with the same tow rating. It has a 2" ball mount and is adjustable for the D ring spacing. The adapters for the D rings that came with the Smittybilt were a little small for my Barricade bumper so I ordered Warrior Adapters for $85. There are 2 sizes, one for 3/4 D ring holes and one for 1 inch holes. They are pretty beefy. I found a used EvenBrake system. Installed a breakaway switch and a 6 point plug. Wired the plug with a 12v to the battery to charge while towing since the Evenbrake runs off the Jeep battery and 4 wires to the rear for a set of auxiliary magnetic tail lights.
