01 jgc limited, having a heat issue. Original blower motor, runs at proper speeds. Have very little air flow out of the vents. Not sure if its a blend door problem or an issue with the control unit. Has dual passenger control. Hoping someone else had the same problems and found a solution.

I'd focus on the blend door if the blower motor is working or an unlikely blockage. Does the defrost function work?

Barely any air flow in any position, weakest in defrost.

    Few things
    1. Do you have heat at all?
2.Blend doors or something blocking the air intake for the HVAC. Check behind the glove box. There is a intake vent there above the fan. There is supposed to be a foam filter thingy there to catch big stuff from falling in to the fan it’s self.

Edit: do not pull said piece of foam. It’s there for a reason. Just see if something is blocking it.
