Jeep starts but shuts off

    2.5in lift Hard upper door inserts Led headlights Pods/light bar
    Hi there I’m Joshua I have an 88 Wrangler Sport. After my friend and I put it back together the jeep will turn over and start with some gas (carb) but will rev without pressing on the accelerator to 3-4000 rpm’s and then shuts off by itself. If you know anything I’m all ears, I’m not experienced in these kinds of things but I’d love to learn.
