Crutchfield.com is a good source for aftermarket audio. Maybe not the lowest price but they provide all the installation instructions/guide+adapters+trim needed to install a new radio in your specific vehicle with purchase.

@aggrex I found a cheap install kit & worrying harness for $16 on eBay. I really can't afford crutchfield although the more solid option. I know how to do the wiring and everything but how to remove that cover plastic.

Then you're going to have to tinker and gently pry using plastic pry bars from Harbor freight. Plastic trim is usually held with small clips and a few screws. The goal is not to break anything :annoyed:

@aggrex Last Q I promise. I'll leave you alone. In my 05 grand prix it took 2 $75-$100 harnesses to hook up a aftermarket player, was and it was also somewhat complicated. In the jeep it takes 2 wiring harnesses but I'm hopping it's straight forward as any basic hookup. Any idea on that ?

Depends on the old stock audio options versus new aftermarket audio features. Mixing 2000s old-tech with today's BT,USB,9-spk,sub,U-connect,remote,etc can be challenging. Maybe you'll get lucky with basic 12V+speakers hookup. And don't forget the speakers are 10 yrs old.
