Driving along. Started hearing a clicking.. and every once and a while, it would pop. And I'd feel it somewhat in the wheel, and at my feet. Don' beliee it' wheel bearings.
Put front end in the air and spun the tires.. both spun along with front driveshaft. Its not in 4wd. And didnt act like it was when turning either..

Sounds like you might be seeing a front CV failure, try putting it in fulltime 4wd and driving around in circles if the clicking gets worse I would expect a CV failure.

Hey Chill Mo, unless you recently hit a hard pothole or deep water crossing, did you check the axle oil level and/or oil condition?

I think it may have already been mentioned, but it sounds like it is something rotational in the front drive line starting with the output shaft of the Tcase, the drive shaft itself, to the pinion of the front axle. Start by grabbing hold of the front drive shaft and try to force it in all directions, up and down and side to side. It should not move. If it does there is some play some where. If the play is in the drive shaft itself replace it. If the output shaft is shifting allowing the drive shaft to move it could be the bearing. If the pinion is loose and allowing the driveshaft to move it could also be the pinion bearing. Do you have double cardan (CV style) front drive shaft. Could be it needs to be rebuilt.

Also, if you have not already done so, check the rotation of the front axle. put front of jeep on jacks. rotate the front tires by hand and see if you can hear and locate the clicking.

Good luck. I hate chasing down noises.
