For the last week, the nav screen/radio either will not turn on, or it will take 5-10 minutes to turn on after starting the vehicle. At times, it will freeze and I am unable to change the station, volume, etc. The UConnect website says my firmware is up to date, although I do not recall updating it (maybe the dealership did at some point..?). A few times, it will start and work properly since I noticed this issue. Any ideas? I would prefer not to replace the entire UConnect system. Thanks.

Welcome to the site! Have you tried to rest it and see if the problem persists?

I only drive 3 miles to work and back. It is "resting" for about 23.5 hours / day.

The last few days, it has not worked at all. Going to the dealership next week and I'm sure they will give me the most expensive option as the route to go.

Welcome @kenk85 ....for a ten year old Jeep I'd say its Crutchfield.com time rather than spending the big bucks at the dealer to fix an old nav radio.
