On a 1999 Grand Cherokee Limited. It was working until the dash had to be disassembled to put in new parts related to the cooling system. My husband had installed this new speaker before he died, so maybe it will be easy for me to check to see if the guy who disassembled the dash just forgot to hook it back up?

I would suggest finding the speaker wires where they go into the door and tracing them up under the dash. I am sure you have checked to make sure that the speaker is not turned off. Good luck with a search for that wire under the dash.

Right, it's on. I found a You-Tube video about installing new speakers, so that helped too. Thanks.
