Hello everyone! I bought my first Jeep the other week and it has been awesome. Its a stock 2000 Sahara, with the exception of 31” tires. So far I have made custom mirrors for when the doors are off. Glad to join the community!

Welcome! TJ looks great. Got any closeups of the mirror mod as fellow Wrangler owners might be able to appreciate the mod.

    Thanks for the welcome!

The mirrors are pretty simple, its a custom bent threaded rod (3/8” is perfect size for door hinges) with AB and CD nuts tightened against each other, and E nut tightens it to the door. The mirrors clamps onto the AB nuts, and is adjustable by a ball joint (comes with the mirror). Hope this helps!

The mirrors were $10 each at autozone, and another $8 for the rod and nuts. Total was just under $30 for both completed mirrors.

So far I only have plans for an e-locker and quick disconnects in the front. I want to keep it mostly stock for now, and only add what I need.
