Not working and only blows on full blast. Havent really looked into it much but I hear it needs to be converted, not sure how to do that or what it's supposed to get converted to. Or how much it will cost.

Converting should be pretty easy but I have never done it myself, however it may be better to replace most of the system with R134a components.

As far as only blowing on high that is a typical symptom of a bad blower motor resistor. Not hard to replace at all.
You might, if you have the time, pull the blower motor switch and check the plug. They have a tendency to melt. You usually only lose a speed or two but as it is a common problem it may be worth checking out while you are there if for nothing else than preventative maintenance.

Where is the blower motor resistor located?
