So the initial code was a P0339 and crankshaft sensor replaced several times - will work for apx. 200 miles and then fails again and engine light comes on.

Here is my question - alternator and PCM were replaced about a month before I purchased the car used because of a battery light and airbag light that came on. The car had no issues before this. My contention is - something with this change in the PCM and Alternator is causing the P0340 P0339 code to keep going off and making the car run rough, stall, no start.

Even after a sensor change and 2nd PCM something is wrong. Help? I may have been just stating the P0339 code in my other posts but the paper is showing a p0340 code.

    Paperwork says only p0340 code.

This was the first repair before I owned the car...when initial complaint was battery light and airbag light on (fix was alternator and pcm).
