No response pressing gas pedal, electric throttle control and electric stability control lights on

I have a 2014 jeep compass, a couple weeks ago I had some issues, when I pressed the gas while driving it didn't respond, I pulled over and turned it off, it went for a ways then done it again, the Electric throttle control light and electric stability control lights was also on, i had it hooked to a computer three days ago, and it gave a code of P2173 high airflow/vacuum leak detected and a C121C torque request signal denied, I've been told I need to replace the throttle body, today I had someone check it out and they couldnt find anything wrong, no dash lights on, no problems at all, is it common for this problem to go away and come back

 

Vacuum leak or faulty MAP/MAP harness can cause both codes. Mechanic needs to see if it's losing vacuum somewhere (hoses, throttle body gasket, etc). If vacuum is good, verify MAP sensor. Throttle body can be OK with a bad base gasket.
Does the problem show up after cold start, at operating temp, or just random?
